Renel has been our IT go to guy for the last few years and is always on hand to sort our problems out. Hes always contactable and fixes our issues quickly no matter how big or small. He has helped us out with some quite complicated technology changes within our business as well as the day to day issues so we are well positioned for both efficiency in our business today and future growth. For our sized company with 13 staff it makes sense to have an expert on hand like Renel, we would recommend him.

My Laptop died last Thurs and Renel was so good to pick up my message and sort out new one and screen etc: :-) Left it in his hands because I had faith in what he has done for me before so quick all ordered and installed back with in a couple of days as i work from home remotely a lot i didn't have to wait very long before he sorted me out Best and quickest It guy i have had Tks Renel can only thank you again for prompt service Gill

Very professional team. They react quickly during regular hours and also during non-business hours. If on-site visit is necessary, they will not hesitate to come. They always have a solution and they are persistent in trying different approaches until the issue is fully resolved. They are very good at follow up, which makes our job easier. They think in advance a suggest forwarded minded solutions. They follow through from start to finish. Would definitely recommend EdgePoint Ltd to anyone.
