        Hours shown 8am-6pm. Same times also on the front door but two times I have arrived at 8:30am and shop still not open

        Tried to collect parcel 3 days in a row Thursday door locked 10 minutes early, Friday they closed 3 hours early and Saturday stood outside for 45minutes and still no one has turned up

        Drivers don't seem to even try to deliver someone home all day the houses have numbers on it and didn't even leave a note at the house just got notification on the tracking couldn't find it. that's if they can even read the suburb usually ends up somewhere else in auckland and have to request refunds if it's not sign on delivery. nz post has just got a random to sign and delivered at a different address before also.
