Claire Thompson Counselling and Mediation - Pukekohe

This would be the first time I've EVER written a review but I would like to save someone $150. Having my first session, Claire mentioned she would go over some strategies with me next time I see we meet. Was looking forward to some professional knowledge from her, after all that is why I made the appointment with a professional. Second session comes around and it was the total opposite. No strategies were given. I felt like I could of received the same information from a friend. Conversation went I circles. I just felt like I wasn't getting any COUNSELLING assistance.

Not a good experience with Claire. I called her and left a vmail, she texted me asking what I needed. I told her I need an appointment she then booked me for a face to face appointment the following week and said shell text me all the details. I waited and waited, no response. On the day of the appointment I called her again, no response, she then texted me that shes on leave. I mean come on, where is the professionalism. I cant believe this lady is still in business.
