        Service was great. Lady very helpful. Just be warned that the concord solar security camera app is not supported by jaycar. I was given 0800 number for sydney help desk who was very helpful. Went over all my setup which was correct. However it appears thectuta app is having problems

        Our security alarm battery died today, so rang Jaycar who advised they had an identical battery. The price was very reasonable and on sale. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable on their products. Would highly recommend this local business to everyone. Thank you for the outstanding customer service I received today.
