        A few months in and I'm loving the vibe. Great enviroment to train in and awesome staff. I'm on my way to becoming beef cake!

        When I signed up I had to start a direct debit and instead of taking the money out on the day I wrote on the form, they took it on a Monday. Also if you miss a payment you get hit with lots of fees. Not really customer friendly way of doing things. Also can't ride the bikes there they are the most uncomfortable ever.

        Best gym in Pukekohe! Friendly and fun atmosphere with knowledgeable Trainers to keep you on track. Best PT programs created to suit my goals and ability. Gym is always clean and well kept. Always some good banter to get you through your workout.

        Gyms can be daunting but not Spartan, it has a good homely feel plus you dont need the latest drop of Lululemon exercise gear to train. Crocs are also an acceptable form of foot wear.
