Love my new carpet . But guys who laid carpet damaged my sons bedroom door and frame . They removed the door as the roll of carpet was to big to fit through the door way . Broke door frame and didnt want to know about it once they were paid for the job. Very disappointed

Quoted $14,000 + for quick step flooring, I was told it was a special rate for me as I had already used them for carpet in the past and they had also done the quickstep flooring a number of years earlier for me, I was also on the "friends and family" rate ! I thought it a wise to get another quote - For the exact same flooring the new quote was a little over $8,000. I did pop in and let them know prior to me doing this rating. That was 3 weeks ago and no explanation was offered and no follow up call - my advice is always get at least 2 quotes - and don't believe they are genuinely looking after you as a repeat customer.
