Becos Sandy was on holiday I had a older woman set my hair, honestly it was disastrous, I asked the boy at the counter to get me ahot choclate as I was there for ages then I decided to leave without her finishing .I only paid for shampo Just recently I booked in with Sandy sadly I was told she's gone.She s the real deal lovely manner very professional yes she certainly would be missed as I thought she deserved better

Walked in with my 4 year old daughter to get her a trim. Signage in the store says "No appointment necessary". As no staff members approached us, we waited in the seats with others and presumed we would be seen in order we arrived (just as you do with these types of haircut places, so we didn't think this unusual). After about 20 mins of waiting a staff member approached me to ask if I had an appointment. Advised no. To which she responded that we cannot be seen today as we don't have an appointment. I pointed out their advertising. Staff member said that they are fully booked with appointments sorry. Really, really frustrating and disappointing. False advertising. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
