After every session I notice such a huge difference in how I feel - I always feel incredibly relaxed, calm, clear headed and with huge relief from any physical pain. Her gentle and kind nature makes opening up about difficult experiences or emotions much easier.

        We have both benefited from attending Inner Health over the last few years with amazing results, hard to quantify but we just know intuitively! Sometimes conventional treatments have not worked and cranio has been the perfect alternative. Have also taken our special needs grand daughter to the clinic, she has no preconceptions or judgement but she loves going, visibly relaxes, and we can tell by her reaction that she feels a difference, guiding Ali's hand at times to where it's needed. Highly recommended, so glad we were recommended to the clinic by a friend
