        What a great bunch of guys to deal with. My wife and I have had many questions and variations done our original design and every time these were handled professionally and with speed. We have received weekly updates and plenty of good advice for our build. Whenever there was a delay such as architects or additional requests, we were accordingly notified of the delay and a new time line given. I would highly recommend Stroud Homes as they give you that personal touch which is somewhat missing with some other outfits out there. Service: Project management

        We started our process with Mike Wilson in 2021... 11 months of back and forth with council and we finally got the building and resource consent to build our dream home. We can not fault the quality of the home, thanks to the many many amazing tradies who have been a part of this project. We broke ground in January 2022 and today in 2023 are finally finally nearing completion Services: Project management, Predesigned floor plans for homes, Demolition, Paint indoors, Design, Home building
