        I've had at least four cardigans, three jumpers, four beanies, three blankets, three pairs of gloves, and uncountable pairs of socks over about fifteen years. Always delighted with the products, wouldn't buy anything else.

        I took back a merino poncho to the shop that supplies their product.Was told I would be contacted about the poncho that had shunk.The people at the shop claimed Id washed the poncho wrong.We use an expensive front loader with a wool setting.Havent heard back,I may aswell go around burning hundred dollar notes.
