Was totally misled by Arnet law for the cost to update my will, they said $500, which turned into $$788, totally shocked they can tell you one amount and then the bill is $300, never use them again, in reply to your reply that is totally untrue, your company misled me and now you are trying to make me look like a liar, there is no way I would have written this poor review about your company if it wasn't true ,I stand by what I said your company misled me and ripped me off

Over priced and slow, will never use again and would not recommend to anyone, seriously the worst law firm on the island, worst thing we ever did was continuing to use them. and if anyone wants to know why ill be happy to share their tactics.

Again they have hidden costs, 280 for a 2 minute conversation this law firm used to be great, now they are over priced and in my opinion extremely disingenuous, completely disgusted in them and we will never make the mistake of employing them again, 1 star is to generous, many new stories of the same have come to light on the Waiheke island since, just go somewhere else and save yourselves the stress of hidden costs and over charging. Now the incompetence is shining through, Arnet is sending us interest on a bill they have yet to send us, I just can not understand how a company this useless is still in business, have to be the most overrated, over priced firm out there! Stay away! Absolutely pathetic.

Agree with the other comments here, overcharging wherever their T&Cs allows them to do so. Telling you one price and come up with another. Charging you for extras and overheads which should be included. And overall the outcome is average.
