        Exceptional service from this store. The branch manager was extremely helpful as were the staff on my second visit to the store. I won't shop anywhere else for lighting going forward. Highly recommend this store.

        Very poor customer service. Walked in and sales girls stood around chatting among themselves. After 10 mins passes ,we had to approach them and ask for help!.There were no other customers except us.Then we went to another Lighting Direct store and got an amazing customer service. We will be buying all our lights through them.
