        0 Customer Engagement. I thought I would give this shop the benefit of the doubt that it was just an off day but on multiple occasions now I have entered and not even been acknowledged. A simple hello would go a long way. Lost some good business.

        We drove all the way from Auckland to visit and the door isn't locked so we went inside and were told sorry we closed this is on Thursday at 1 50pm what a waste of time
