Counties Honda

Super friendly team, great communication and customer service, bought a cb300r with no problems quick and easy over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and got help with everything that needed to be done to complete the purchase. Rachel was quick to find the answers to my questions in the office and Brett had told me everything I need to know about my new Motorcycle, he has also helped me with installing my phone mount (that I had bought somewhere else) on the handle bars of the bike outside the shop to make sure it all fitted nicely and held tight. Outstanding work and a true pleasure dealing with the professionals at this branch!

Payment was made, We were told next day delivery. 14 days later and still no starter motor. Item was wrongly addressed. Was told getting another one with a Saturday delivery. Item did not turn up. Got a new track and trace Item coming Te Rapa, the wrongly addressed item was not another from a different supplier. Tack and trace now says delivered and still no starter motor. Counties Honda have not answered my last two emails either. I am unimpressed about being taken for a ride. I should have cancelled the order and gone somewhere else. This complete mess-up has cost me dearly. I have only entered a star because to post I had too.

Amazing service from Shannon and the service team. Best service I have ever experienced, anywhere in the world. Counties Honda is also well stocked with a wide range of new honda motorcycles. Check them out!!!!
