She listened carefully to my complaints, gained an understanding of why my issues were occurring, then provided excellent treatment to meet my individual needs. She also taught me how manage my issues more effectively. I highly recommend her.

        Helen is a wonder-worker! I would absolutely recommend trying her Cranial Osteopathy, quite incredible results. Thank you for helping me to manage my pain and put my recovery in sight. I just wish I was closer by, but definitely worth the travel.

Helen took the time to listen properly, and treated me in the way that best suited my needs, and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Helen and the clinic of you are wanting professional treatments with genuine care. I felt totally safe in her hands .
