Awful customer service. The old woman who answers the phone is unnecessarily aggressive (being busy shouldn't be a reason to be so rude) and should rethink how she talks to customers. If she doesn't know how to use the website, don't yell at customers who don't either. Talking to a much more helpful person at another branch, he admitted the website is missing a fair bit... Something the Pukekohe branch yelled at us for not being able to figure out. You are much better off buying your paint from Mitre10 or another Resene branch, where you will find much better service. Shame, as the colour consultant who works here was quite nice.

I got all my house renovation paint here, friendly helpful staff, some very helpful with some great ideas and tips for someone who hasn't done a lot of painting. Resene paint is well worth the extra expense, paints on nicer and finish is better than the other brands I tried earlier in my renovations.
