Keep up the great work Pets alive!!! I was in this shop today to purchase a canary,just noticed last review,yes Ronni is great!!! she served me today,the other lady is lovely also,she is deaf,and some don't realise that,she lip reads,so it must be frustrating for her,I did note today,that she wears a badge stating she is hearing impaired,just saying,love this shop!!!

brought a 2nd hand fish tank for good price didnt no how to set it up, so went to pets alive the lady there RONNI was very helpful and A for awesome made my day everything worked she evn gave spare parts thank you so much RONNI i would reccomend yr customer service to any 1 NOT TO MENTION THE OTHER LADY WAS REALLY RUDE ON HOW SHE APPROCHES PPL

It amazes me everytime I go in this store the animals cages are clean and staff are super friendly and helpful

Pets Alive pukekohe. Is an awesome place to look for pets .the lady's there are wonderful. All animals a cared for .cages are clean and tidy. the shop is very clean .so pop in and have a chat to the girls about anything. They do there best to help .a nice welcome when you come into the shop .I've been going to pets alive for 23 years and still buy my animals stuff there ..so thanks lady's you know who you are .you do an amazing job .

The animals here are housed in apphuling conditions. Guinea pigs & rabbits are housed together which shouldn't happen, small cages not big enough for the animals. The animals don't look healthy or happy. Who ever is supplying these animals to the store should think twice. As per a lot of other reviews, incredibly rude staff. Please don't support businesses like this. The animals in places like this suffer & then you wonder why they are so skittish when you bring them home.
