Unfair and unreasonable invoice and No Reply when I complainted for the invoice. John Wolfsbauer Plumbing installed a sewage pump for us in Feb 2020. The pump was not working at May 2021 which was still under 2 year warranty. That means we should not be invoiced for the repair job. But I finally paid $1807 for the repair job while the pump was paid by $3362.3 when it was installed. The plumber came to the property in the morning of 3rd May 2021 and took the pump out of the property to have a check. Then he called me to mention that something blocked inside the pump causing the fault which had been cleared. At this stage he didnt mention any motor issue for the pump and we considered that the issue has been figured out. The plumber came back to the property in the afternoon then called us again and mentioned that the pump was not working again. At this stage, I were told that the fault was probably due to a power issue and we need an electrician to have a check. The plumber contacted the electrician immediately but the electrician told that if the fault cant be definitely attributed to the power issue and it made no sense for him to show up. The plumber took the pump out of the property again and I were told the fault was due to the motor issue later on. The plumber came back at 10th May 2021 and returned the pump back to its position. Then I were told that the issue has been figured out. But after a couple of days, the pump was not working again. At this stage, the electrician finally showed up and figured out the issue. The plumber told me that I need to pay for the repair job as the motor issue was not under warranty. But based on the fact and the warranty policy, the invoice for the repair is totally unfair and unreasonable . Service: Garbage disposal installation
