Plumbing World

I can certainly understand why Plumbing World Pukekohe gets 5-star ratings. I was looking to buy Bar Keepers Friend and asked for their recommendations......WOW! Both staff members were attentive, engaging, open, honest, and friendly. Oh, and the product is excellent. I thought my kitchen and shower were already clean, but now they look AND feel clean.

I highly recommend the service/customer service of this particular company. One of the staff members in particular Matt Watson was the most helpful and obliging person to deal with to get something sorted for me. It was one week before Xmas, I phoned Plumbing World Pukekohe trying desperately to get a part for a Parmco disposal unit for one of my clients,as it was so close to Xmas and was not a Insinkerator brand, which evidently everyone seems to have,I found it very difficult to locate or get anyone to help me. I had previously over two to three weeks tried several plumbing companies all throughout Auckland, from the city to Pukekohe, and not one company would help me, Matt was a pleasure to deal with sorting out the right part for me, got it delivered to the Pukekohe branch two days before Xmas, I certainly didn't expect to get the part so quickly at that time of the year, nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated his help and it's nice to see there are still some people out there that know what customer service means eg. helping customers to get the right part and sorting out the problem as soon as possible, good on you Matt hope your bosses know how valuable you are to their company. Well done. If I have any plumbing issues from now on I will definately use Plumbing World Pukekohe and will recommend to others. Many Thanks Stacey Hunt
