A humbling experience. I've dealt with many agents over the past 8 months but when I met Kim I was greeted with a graciousness that let me know she was there to help in any way she could, as being a first time home buyer I have no experience in buying property. Kims experience, knowledge of property and the market and also her comunication is outstanding, she went above and beyond guiding me through the unkown. professional, confidential, knowledgeable and effective we engaged Ginny to sell our waterfront 10 acre bare land in March, every part of the process was handled professionally. The marketing campaign was planned by Ginny however she was open to ideas and co-ordinated dates and viewing times around high tides and optimum conditions. the photos were an excellent representation of the property at its best. communication was excellent and Ginny negotiated a great result for us. we would recommend Ginny as a professional, collaborative and highly skilled salesperson who knows the area well, we would not hesitate to use her again.
