Burger King Pukekohe

There meals where good and fast pick up. But table was not cleaned . They have only some drinks.

This is the worst BK ever and certainly the worst fast food outlet in Pukekohe. Today, Saturday 8th April 2023, I took my kids there. The queue for the drive through was very long as usual because they take so long. We decided to go inside and order. But no, there was a sign on the door saying it was closed and only serving through the drive through. What a poorly run dump. I took the kids to McDonalds Pukekohe and the kids loved it. They hadnt had McDonalds before. So, never going back to BK. We will go to McDonalds where you get fast, efficient service and guess what? You can walk into the store.

Worst Burger King experience ever, we had to wait in the drive-through for 35 min, with hungry kids in the car. All they said is they are short of staff and busy. After driving out we found our order was wrong too. We order chicken and got beef in the food, luckily we saw it first before eating. So, thanks to that we had to spend money at Macdonald's again to feed our kids.
