Revamp Tech Limited

Cant believe this has come up for me to review now, as I got a pc from these guys a couple of years ago. And what a terrible mistake, the build was of terrible quality, used all second hand parts (which I knew about) however Logan didnt even bother to take the time to apply to thermal paste to the gpu, I had to send it back to him he said the ram was faulty and then ghosted me and it was a real struggle to get my pc back from him, and then it was returned with no ram. Which is theft. I purchased new ram myself and the issue of the machine turning off kept happening, I ended up having to take the thing apart myself and rebuild it with a new motherboard, and apply thermal paste to the gpu, 2 years have passed and each part of the pc has failed to the point I now have a entirely new build from having to swap out parts. The worst build, the worst after sales service Ive ever come across and it was a shame as like other comments. I was excited to support a small business.

I supplied these clowns with PCs and extended them credit on 13 complete i7 units and they never paid for them, They blocked all avenues of communication. i gave logan 1 year before posting this review

Reasonably priced PC's but disappointed with build and after sales service. The gaming rig I purchased from Revamp Tech did not include 240gb nvme and 1 tb HDD as agreed upon. Instead, I was sent a PC with a 240gb SSD and no HDD at all. After I reached out to the owner, he agreed to send me a 500gb HDD by way of rectifying the lack of storage. It's now been over 5 weeks and nothing has been sent. It appears to just be 'forgotten' about. I hesitate in using the word 'scammed' but it very much feels like it. Disappointing really as I would have loved to have supported this small business. Will not be dealing with these guys again.
