        Visited this store this afternoon with intentions of buying a nice warm jacket for winter with my wife however on arrival (there was no customers in the store) we were not acknowledged or greeted by either of the 2 staff members whatsoever. Furthermore after spending a decent amount of time browsing your store and walking straight past your assistants there was no assistance or communication to be made as they were both too busy having a chat together. We love supporting local stores but unfortunately the lack of service was highly disspointing. We hope this improves in the near future.
