        Wonderful experience from the first contact to the job done well. I approached Kiwivac to get Drimaster HV filters changed and reset the sensor. I was offered a choice of DIY or getting the company to do it, and opted for the latter. Effective communicators, professional, punctual, transparent; pleasure to deal with. Thank You! Would highly recommend this company..

        Been over 3 weeks since visited the house, but a quote never came through. No phone calls or follow up. Perfectly ok if not interested in the work, just dont waste people's time. Now says doesnt recognise the person. Met at the home show, remember? Goes to show how unorganised things are at your end Campbell. Definitely won't be calling you to follow up, I shouldn't have to.
