Ian is a true professional who goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done well and the customer is happy. We couldn't be happier with the job Ian did, and were so stoked with the entire experience. I had originally contacted another installer who said ducted AC wasn't possible for our house, but Ian found a way to make it work. He was generous with his time in answering my questions and talked me through my options. Communication throughout the process was timely and easy. When it came to the installation process, plenty of care was taken to do a tidy job and we felt like our house was treated with care and respect. Going above and beyond, Ian & Jack worked into a Friday evening to finish off the job for us. Beyond that, they even re-routed a poorly setup AC drain pipe (which had come with the house) as an extra job, upon noticing it had been installed lazily. Ian is easy to deal with, a great guy, who made the entire experience enjoyable. I have passionately recommended him to my neighbours and friends and would recommend to all, if you want the job done right, this is who you need to book. Wonderful to deal with! We were able to set up a time easily and without delay, Ian arrived on time, was super friendly and professional, did a great job and provided excellent advice without trying to oversell anything. I would gladly recommend him to anyone else and he's definitely our first choice for next time we need anything done regarding our heat pumps.
