This was the best service Ive went to for my hair. I bleached one half of my hair wanting to die it brown aswell, the finale result was just a big patch of bleached hair and it looked horrible, I couldnt fix it until I went to LLluscious, and they saved my hair, they didnt just put it back to normal they gave me the colour I wanted from the start. Great customer service - I received a phone call from staff offering to give me a special deal I had previous used with them. (Great timing) Fantastic easy booking system with reminder text (which is really handy if you have a busy schedule like me) Received great advice on hair colour with stylist and felt comfortable enough to go with their professional recommendation. I also had my split ends trimmed and received a hair treatment which I differently needed. I felt listened too and offered refreshments throughout my treatment Salon is clean and tidy with good atmosphere.
