        Expert knowledge from the staff here. Super helpful about getting an old sleeping bag repaired and good about not pushing for top of the range products with features you don't need. It's definitely a place to go for the right advice for camping and tramping gear.

        Bought a waterproof jacket. Had superb help from start to an end of my visit. Andi was great! She explained to me what would be ideal for my use and helped me choose the item I needed. It is so important to me that it is not only about fit, that staff is so knowledgeable and knows their products as well as recommend other products to improve your experience. Great shopping experience.
