North Beach Silverdale

Found what we wanted thanks to one of the shop assistants. A really neat guy, so helpful and cheerful.

A regular at North Beach - Silverdale, once again brilliant service, nice range of brands and decent pricing... however, purchased a few branded(V...L...M) T-shirts the other day and pretty disappointed, only 1 has survived the 1st wash & dry (Yes I followed the garment care) 2 have shrunk, collars and shape deformed. Pretty frustrated

Just wanted some jeans hung around not being served and wanting some advice in a near empty shop- selected my own 3 pairs of jeans waited at the counter still not served - gave up and left

This is the second time Ive been into the store and unfortunately, received poor service from the staff. They arent rude but they arent welcoming either. Ive read through other reviews on here and they are generally positive so Im not sure why the service was lacking on the occasions I visited. The shop itself is well stocked with items which is great as it saves a trip to Albany.

Popped in to buy some jandels and staff were friendly and keen to help. Good service should be commended more often so thanks guys
