He worked on mine over the weekend to ensure it was solved quickly and did a great job of problem solving as the issues piled up. Good down to earth bloke who cares about his work and treats customers with respect.

        I found Jarrods business online. Right from the outset Jarrod offered free advice how to help me out but I chose for him to sort it out as it turned out to be more complicated. His communication was always quick and clear. I dropped the Mac to him and he spent a lot of time trying to sort out this issue explaining as he went. He got the Mac up and running and loaded extra software to stop it happening again. Super friendly throughout. I cannot recommend him enough . I have already got another laptop for him to look at. Thank you Jarrod for great service!
