This is for the first time I am encountering such a customer care who is almost impossible to reach out. They goof up your order and then become unreachable. If you call them, u wait for few hours before being disconnected. If you chat, they dont respond(and also dont deliver your order). Ordered for the first and the last time.

Shocking/racial behaviour from the asian ladies at the desk. One lady told me that I could not do bank transfer to pay for a product when it clearly stated on receipt that bank transfers where available if needed. As someone not familiar with this area after having to go around and look for somewhere to draw out money from the bank I come back and pay and the lady is checking the money as if it was counterfeited Absolutely appalling. Poor customer service. Do not recommend this place unless you want to be racially profiled.
