Mark Mortlock was a pleasure to deal with through this difficult time with our family. He went above and beyond to try to make arrangements as seamless as possible, and handled our grief with dignity and great care. He was always available to answer our questions and help us with our planning process to ensure that we felt supported through the entire process for our loved one as well as for our loved one as she desired to have her plans in place he was always there at the end of the phone when we called.

My family and I were all so impressed with the professionalism and compassion from Mark and the team at Auckland Funeral Services when we chose to use them recently to help with the loss of a precious family member and his funeral. Everything was managed in such an ordered, respectful and modern way. Because of this, I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them for their services in the future.

We cant speak highly enough about the service we received recently at the death of my dad. Mark was kind, respectful, helpful and at times funny. I would like to thank Mark and his team for the help they provided with my mum, I was able to leave everything in his capable hands. When it came time to return mums ashes to me it was no trouble for him to deliver them when it was convenient for me. Highly recommended.
