The Doctors Whangaparaoa

Doctor didnt seem to know basic female anatomy and brushed my symptoms off telling me I must have just pulled something. Didnt seem to be interested in me at all and just wanted me out of her room.

Even now that I live on the North Shore I still make the pilgrimage to Whangaparaoa for this practice. Excellent staff and facilities, sorely miss Peter but had Caleb in my last appointment and he was awesome.

Extremely poor service waited 30 minutes in an empty waiting room. Finally saw a doctor who was more interested in giving me a covid test then getting me out than what I actually came in for... 0/10 epic waist of 58 bux

Always met with empathy by the clinicians at this practice. I feel validated and reassured by all the doctors and nurses Ive seen, for all things physical, mental and paediatric health. Both my baby and I have been in excellent hands here. Pip and Clare in particular have been wonderful, as are the nurses and reception staff. Thanks team!

Thanks to you, Family Doctors Whangaparoa, you were down 2 Doctors and a Nurse today and managed to squeeze in my teen who has had a huge asthma flare-up. Massive thanks to all your team who went out of their way to help us get him sorted today. The medical profession is so exhausted right now and we are beyond grateful that you could help so thanks from our wee family .
