This team is so efficient and amazing everytime. Very skeptical to begin with because they weren't one of the 'big wigs' however I have been ordering my products from them for the past 2 years and my package arrives within days, if not the very next day. Much more affordable than our local chemist and add a free gift unexpectedly now and again :)

Very poor customer service. I order a serum and it look more than 10 days to arrive because they were out of stock but I had to ask them because I didnt receive any email saying that. Later I got and email saying that the parcel was arrived but it didnt. When I contacted them, they just said I had to go to the police because there was a thief in my neighbourhood. After a week and many emails complaining and no getting any answers, one of my neighbours or maybe the courier delivered the item at my address so there was not thief and I NEVER GOT ANY APOLOGIES FROM TJE COMPANY which shows more than clear their poor customer service

Tonia has been responsive and prompt for actions. I had to change my address and she was very accommodating. She followed up and made sure that I would get my ordered goods and also offered alternative solutions options. I tried to find the products I wanted in other websites (and actual health shop in town) and could not find anywhere that everything I need, apart from NZHEALTH store. Happy to purchase again and highly recommended.
