Kathryn knows everything there ever is to know about Thermomix machines - recipes - care etc.... And if she doesnt know immediately (unlikely) then she will find out FAST. An avid thermomix user herself she has such an easy, fun way of communicating about all things thermomix. Her customer service is excellent - no food question is too silly, no technical query too hard, no thermomix product too hard to get hold of. 100% recommend.

So happy with my thermomix and Kathryn has been absolutely amazing with her guidance, I ordered some extra bits last Sunday an they arrived by Thursday super impressed with the speedy delivery. Best decision we made getting one.
