Great pricing, product and installation. We were challenged with a tight time frame over xmas and Hot Water Cylinders came through brilliantly. They communicated really well and we are now enjoying great showers, and soon power bills as selected a new outdoor heat pump style cylinder.

I had my HWC moved from inside to the back of the house to free up space and changed from low to mains pressure. Troy was easy to talk with. He answered all my questions. He organised it all. Ray who came to assess and install was very good. He did the work patiently and with excellent workmanship despite the rain. I was impressed with the quick response of this company. My only disappointment was that I was expecting a stainless steel cylinder but was out of stock. They only found out after I accepted the quote. I was quickly notified that it was not available. Despite that, I am pleased with what I have.

Troy was great, kept in contact and up to date on how my order was going and managed to squeeze me in before Christmas to get the work done. Really appreciate the work put in to get my cylinder sorted. Work was great, managed to fix my complicated cylinder and all is working great! Friendly team, highly recommend!

I organised for them to come beforehand to look at where they needed to do my replacement hot water cylinder as I wouldn't be at home on the day. They didn't bother to show up on two different days to do this. First time their excuse was they sent email to the wrong address to say they couldn't make it. And the second time they had no excuse at all and all their salesperson could say was they were really sorry. No phone call at either time to notify me that they weren't coming. On the day of the booked job, one guy turns up and says he couldn't lift the cylinder into place by himself and he needed to talk to his boss. They did send another person to assist him but this could all have been foreseen in advance. I had sent photos of the placement of the old cylinder and pointed out it needed to lifted about 1 m up when I got them to quote for the job so they could clearly see that. Or if they'd bothered to turn up the day before to look at the area as I had arranged with them then it would have also been apparent then. They did get the job done in the end but I wouldn't use them again, it's just not worth the hassle. Very poor communication.

This is the second time I have used hot water cylinder nz and am very happy with the service they have given. The engineers were efficient and professional and gave good advice in a friendly and helpful manner. I have found the firm to be reliable and trustworthy.
