Last year my husband and I decided a review of our risk protection insurances was well overdue! Its one of those things no-one really likes to talk or think about, but we knew we were in great hands when we reached out to Theo Simeonidis from @UProtectNZ Insurances Services. Theo and Cristina pride themselves in providing an exemplary, tailored level of service and they do! I dont mind sharing with you, that my husband and I both had a few pre-existing conditions that we had accumulated over the years, and one of these was reflux that my husband needed a small procedure for a few years ago. Relatively common and nothing too serious, but something he will have to be careful about day to day. Due to Theos attention to detail and tenacity, throughout the process we found out that my husband didnt have Barrett's Esophagus (as we had been led to believe in medical documentation), and as a result he was able to achieve a higher level of coversomething that would never have happened had we engaged the services of a box off the shelf insurance provider. Wed never have discovered my husbands misdiagnosis (and therefore would not have received the cover for this), if it werent for Theo and his push to do the best for us his clients. The end result is we can relax knowing we have a level of protection that is the very best we could achieve in the market. Highly recommend!

We have used Theo as our Insurance Broker for 10+ years. We have found him to be extremely professional and efficient. He really works for his clients! Any questions or communication with the Insurance company is dealt with by Theo in a timely fashion. Recently we had a claim on our Trauma insurance and Theo dealt with all of this for us. He advocated for us and kept on the back of the Insurance company to get a positive outcome for us. During stressful times he is a calm and efficient advocate for his clients. UProtectNZ was recommended to me through an associate of mine. I contacted Theo as I wanted to review all my insurances, eliminate wastage and identify holes in my coverage. He met with me and we went over all the details, and he put together several options, with detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each option. He blends objective information with recommendations, leaving room for the customer to make up their own mind, but helping them do so. A polite, respectful and highly knowledgable insurance expert, Theo is very adept at making insurance less complex & confounding, and takes time & care in making his correspondence clear and accurate. A very positive experience - I highly recommend UProtectNZ.

Theo, you absolutely ROCK! Thanks so much for your help and advice. I find insurance extremely confusing so your help is much appreciated. Youve really put my mind at ease and I feel so lucky to have someone that I can trust to help me with this. Also, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Youve done a really fantastic job and its comprehensible to the point that reading through it is actually enjoyable! Thanks again for all your help. It's really relieved my stress levels to deal with someone I know I can trust, and who has the knowledge and patience to take me through all that stuff.

We were referred to Theo by our Accountant, and have had him as our Insurance Broker for close to 2 years now, could not recommend him highly enough. He produced an in-depth report for us to go over (don't let it put you off if you're not a big reader - the recommendation is very straight forward!), met with us to discuss, and gave us a great recommendation of a company we would not have chosen by ourselves as they were not familiar to us, but have turned out to be extremely good to us when we lest expected it. He has helped us put in place medical, life, total disability and mortgage repayment insurance, plus guided us through a better ACC policy for self-employed. As a self-confessed control freak, I find it hard to put the trust in other people to handle things for me but Theo has proven himself ten-fold, always has time for us and is always ready to help. Would recommend and refer to anyone.
