Walker & Hall Silverdale

Went to the store this morning to find some gifts for people that works in our company and received great service from Margaret. She is super helpful and patient. Excellent customer service.

Such a welcoming and friendly bunch of ladies in store. They were helpful without being pushy like other places can be. Cathy helped me choose some earrings and a pendant for my necklace. She was very patient while I made my mind up and even cleaned my existing earrings, they look good as new Would highly recommend Walker and Hall Silverdale for wonderful service, a kind team and ladies who are passionate about quality jewellery

I was looking for a gift and Margaret at Walker & Hall Silverdale was just so delightful. She went out of her way to help me and I even got a hug at the end. Really beautiful Customer Service experience
