Service was bad, extremely expensive and would not recommend anyone to use their service. lost my original key in sliverdale and got Armstrong attend to site and cut me a new key for my car and it doesnt even work!!!. They made me pay for the keys which cost $120 which doesnt even work, less than 30 mins job charged 60 mins labour fee ($184) Absolutely terrible experience.

If I could give zero I would Last Saturday my family's car was locked in the AT parking building in New Lynn, Our concert went overtime and we couldn't get back intime before the carpark closed, After numerous phone calls to different people they told me Armstrong will be able to help us, I called and were told "yes Definitely we can help get your car out" after waiting about 1.5 hours for Armstrong to arrive we finally got someone who we thought could help us, i gladly paid the $240 call out fee and was very happy to do so as soon as the man turned up. We paid the $240 for nothing....he could not get us out...we were stuck in the parking garage where he left us!! We finally contacted someone else who could help us who had a remote and could get us out, So I paid $240 for absolutely nothing for a service that was guaranteed to us but could not be done and i expect a complete FULL refund!! I've been in contact with Sandy Morrison who is being extremely difficult, not once apologising and not once offering some sort of fair offer to rectify this situation, I paid for a service i did not receive. On the phone when i booked the job they guaranteed me they could help! The tech turned up, said that the gates would open automatically as we drove down....they didn't! obviously we are not impressed. $240 for nothing which I had to pay before the car could exit. We called Armstrong and booked the job at 11.43 pm We didn't exit until 2am due to someone else helping us. My family were cold scared and tired. Being in contact with Armstrong to try and rectify this situation that does not sit well with me has been a complete nightmare, Sandy Morrison has tried to make excuses and tried to prove me wrong and has not taken me seriously at all, has been very unprofessional..even when I had proof my end of me having to contact someone else to help us. The time frame we had to wait for a tech to arrive etc I also asked for it to be escalated to her supervisor or someone higher up which she refused, she emails me once per day at 10pm ..very unprofessional, so this has been dragging out for a week now and she leaves me no choice but to head to fair go who I have bcc'd in the whole email conversation
