These guys are so fast to help out. I had a small fault on my stroller and they helped me and replaced the item within two days of emailing them. So helpful and so kind and so understanding. Ill always be an edwards customer.

The best pram and so light! We are SO impressed with the quality of the Oscar M2 Pram! The wheels have a fabulous turning circle *and we tried many prams and tested them before settling with this one! It is versatile to all terrain. We live in a hilly area, with uneven concrete ground and our baby girl is super comfortable when we go for a walk! We have also taken the pram off-road onto the dirt tracks and walking trails nearby and it works a treat! When it rained we just put the rain shield over the top to cover bubs and had raincoats ourself, it was perfect! We are currently using the bassinet and in the early days for me postpartum it was so easy for me to take a part and put into the car and then assemble again while I was healing. I was concerned this would be something I couldn't do, but was super happy to feel how light the Oscar M2 was and how simple it is to put together on my own! I love the storage areas and it works well when doing a food shop or simply cruising around the shopping centre and I put all my essentials in the stroller organiser, including her dummy, burp cloth etc for fast, easy access! My favourite thing about it is how versatile it is for many terrains, light, compact and super stylish! I have had so many mamma friends comment on how nice it is and I truly love using it and the turning circle is 100/10 incredible!!!! We are so happy! She loves it too :)

Great customer service from the Edwards & Co team today. Had an issue with our pram and it was super easy to book it in to be repaired and Kelly went above and beyond getting it back to as good as new. Thanks team

Purchased an Oscar MX in 2020, The brakes have failed 3 times, granted Edwards and co have replaced them twice (although never apologised) but after the third failure Im not willing to mess about with my childrens safety. This is a stroller that looks nice, but absolutely does not deliver in terms of safety. Would absolutely not recommend as they have continued selling faulty, unsafe childrens products for at least 3 years.

Our pram is not made well. The accessories for it arent either. We are actually getting rid of ours after a year and getting a better one for toddler years/next baby. I dont recommend it to my friends, there are better options out there.
