        Brought a Z loyalty card to exchange for a coffee. The guy here told me they no longer use loyalty cards. I advised they should still honor the people who had a few remaining ones. He brushed me off and said no. It certainly doesn't make me want to keep coming to Z.

        Worst coffee you will ever taste, not only do they not follow your order instructions but they burn the coffee beans every time, absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time or money at this Z, go around the corner to the Container Cafe.
