I've had the misfortune to have had to visit this poor excuse for a medical practice several times over the last few years ... one has had to sit in an empty waiting room for hours at times then put in a room for more hours for a doctor's 5 minute consultation only to be over charged for the trouble .. this is without a doubt the very last time I will use them....

Fantastic service. Took grand daughter in, seen first and checked thoroughly by nurse, then by Dr Patch. He really made little one feel comfortable and safe. Thank you!!!!

Scenario: I have been sick for 3 days, I'm exhausted. On top of all of this I'm stuck with a busted knee, had knee surgery, the knee is in a ROM brace. To make things worse, my 2 year old toddler is sick as well. After telling you I cannot be stuck in a car for more than 10min on end, you leave me there for an hour. After that you stick me in a waiting room with a screaming, sick, hungry toddler for another 2h30min, we're at 3h30min now... Is that not enough to make anyone have a mental breakdown??? I want to escalate this please... The anxiety attack I had in reception/ trauma you have caused for my family and I is unacceptable. Worst thing is walking to reception asking for help and you have 2 Doctors just sitting there with no patients in front of them. Please get in contact with me to escalate this. Clearly you can see I had a episode of some sort and instead of helping me you tell me to leave the premises cause I raised my voice? On what planet are you living? How far do you want to push someone?? Until they have completely broken down??

Had a really terrible experience today. We got to urgent care at 8:30 with my 4 year old sick daughter we were told the wait is about an hour. After an hour and a half i called to check where we were in the queue and we only had 2 people in-front of us. Another hour went by with no communication so i called again and was advised again that there were still a few people ahead of us. I understand there are people that may come in with more urgent matters, however then you should communicate this to the people in the queue. Waiting 2.5 hours in a hot car with a sick toddler is just crazy and it most likely would of been 3+ hours if i stayed but I was not willing to sit in the car longer at that point. Whats even more disappointing is that there are no available appointments either for my daughter.
