Bottle of Ant poison was shoved into a box (unprotected) with another item and burst. Had I not felt the strange texture and got distracted when first opening the box I dread to think what the consequences couldve been for a young child or pet. Everything was coated! No reply to feedback = no accountability for a clear cut health and safety risk. Potential customers beware!

We have bought a number of products from Lifestyle Focus and have not been disappointed yet. Often refer them to freinds who comment on the things we have. The customer service has been great, any questions we have etc, always a great response. They are also proactive too if there may be an order issue.

We have had one of these units for 11 years, just replacing it now as we are starting to get some rats in the ceiling. We live by a stream and our house was a rat run prior to us moving in. The previous owners recommended it as it fixed the problem for them. Apart form the odd mouse when the weather gets colder, it has done it's job well. Thanks Pestrol

Very happy with the BBQ cover, the only place that does Extra, Extra Large BBQ covers! Had to wait for them to come back in as they were on back order. But it was a quick wait.
