I recently injured my shoulder and torn the ACL ligament in my knee. Jay and his team has provided excellent care to help me heal and recover. Thanks to them I am back on my bike and getting stronger every day. Great service!

Highly recommend this place. Im lucky to have Neeru as my physiotherapist, and Michael the knowledgeable acupuncturist who looks after my chi flow. Neeru is very professional and careful in her approach, combined with Michaels compassionate and holistic way Im healing well. I had a spinal injury that resulted in a compression fracture of my vertebrae. Its a painful recovery process complicated by osteoporosis and old bones. Before seeing Neeru I did not know about laser or shockwave therapies but now Im convinced this technology helps to speed up the healing process by reducing inflammation and pain, and increasing blood flow to the scarred tissue area. In under six weeks of therapy I have improved from constant lower back pain, difficulty in range of movement, sharp pain getting in and out of bed to now having enough confidence to get on a long haul flight. I am grateful to the Absolute team for making it happens, and their continued support and encouragement on my journey of recovery.
