Came in for a piercing and the lady was really lovely and chill, made sure I had everything I needed and was well informed. Other staff were professional and informative as well :)

This Pharmacy is always helpful. I trust the entire team wholeheartedly. In the 6 years I've been their customer, there was only one time there was a slight clerical inaccuracy and they fixed it; quickly, apologetically and professionally. More than a few times, due to computer errors, my GP's office made mistakes and the Chemists went out of their way to work with my clinic and fix the presciption errors. The workers are all kind and interested in finding you what you need. They have helped me many times with unusual requests and making sure that I walked away with the knowledge I needed for using a new medication. For those of you who have complained on this forum... Don't forget that not everyone working there is a Chemist. Therefore if you are arriving at, or just after, closing, the people closing up may not have the legal authority to help you with what sounds like (from your description) an angry demand. Everyone is Human and prone to have the occasional poor reaction to being bullied. Next time, try arriving when their computers are turned on and a Chemist is present. More importantly, try treating people with respect, kindness and a smile. You will elicit a much greater response and beneficial interaction. And you who've said they're racist... take a good look around. There are workers there from a diverse cross section of different cultures and races and they all get along swimmingly with eachother. Not only that, they all treat me the same. Sometimes customers come in with chips on their shoulders and may only bother to look at, and see, the bits that support their particular world-view. I find this particular Unichem to be top notch in both medical accuracy and customer service.
