Well all in all below average service across the scale bad communication when tenants hadnt been paying rent into their account notifying me less than 24 hrs before a payment was due ,at hand over a a pushy sense of urgency to sign off when inspection was obviously not done by home sweet home , damage at hand over of tenancy was very disappointing and an inconvenience as move in was scheduled that afternoon so I had no option but to deal with the mess , walls were not cleaned , fly poo everywhere on walls and ceilings, walls filled with plaster in every room of house , dish draw dishwasher wrecked $2200 replacement cost , blocked drains ,carpet stains (carpet less than 2 years old )damage to outdoor area caf curtains damaged or missing location stays , 3 monthly checks photographs taken in the dark(curtains drawn poor lighting) so the photos are complete waste of time Definitely does not warrant paying a weekly management fee when you have to clean fix replace appliances in your property I can expect wear and tear but this was blatant abuse the very least clean walls or windows please !! Very poor would avoid if I had a Chrystal ball
