Megan was great at hunting out all the properties that fitted our criteria for a rental property. She was really good at pointing out all the benefits of each house in regards to investment potential, and she always informed us of any red flags. We really appreciated the extra time Megan spent on helping us understand all the jargon in the purchase agreements too. We would highly recommend her if you too are looking to buy a rental.
