This company is nasty and makes me so angry. I believe the owner Mark is immoral, untrustworthy, irresponsible, unfair, unprofessional and greedy. We had unexpected family circumstances and asked if we could get refund as it was before the contract began. Account manager Glenda verbally agreed to refund the money as it was only 24 hours after our booking. She said it happens all the time. At that time they took the keys back. They emailed confirmation of the refund at first but later changed their mind saying we needed to give them 30 days notice. Until now, they have refused to refund the money and haven't even paid the bond back. In the meantime, we did not have any access to the storage as they had already taken the keys. Mark is not taking responsibility for the staff's promise and he is not training the staff properly. If as Glenda said, this happens all the time, then I wonder why Mark decided to be nasty to us. Mark says they are going to deduct the money until a new contractor comes. They took the money and the keys so not providing the storage which means they haven't kept their part of the contract and this is an illegal and immoral practice. If this is the way the company runs the business, you should expect they will be nasty to you too and not worthy of your time. We will meet him in person to resolve the issues but in the meantime we will not erase this feedback.
