        Excellent customer service from Rahul. He guided me politely and kindly as I switched providers to 2 degrees. A real pleasure and a contrast from the terrible service I have received from Vodafone. Another notable action was that even while serving me, he politely acknowledged the customer waiting next and gave her a seat to sit on whilst still giving me the full attention I required.
