        Although people often say "support local," I had an unfortunate experience at Silverdale Toyworld and would not recommend shopping there. Despite being a small store, the customer service was terrible, especially when dealing with the middle-aged lady who may be the manager. She exhibited condescending behavior and lacked basic customer service skills. She was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. In contrast, other stores like The Warehouse, Dollartopia, Paper Plus, and Farmers have much better customer service for toys, and I would rather support them. It seems I am not alone in my negative experience, as I have seen comments about the same issue. Overall, I give Silverdale Toyworld ---> 1 STAR rating. P.S - you will never see me again.
