        Old louvred toilet window that was draughty and unsafe needed replacing. Tried a nationwide franchise first and after six months of promises, told me they could not do it. Found Window Masters. Vance promptly replied to email query, came and measured window, and had it made. Lovely gent fitted it in the pouring rain and tidied up after himself. Great job by all, good price and window is secure and lovely. Definitely will use Window Masters again. Thank you Vance and your team.
